Pantone NY Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2026-2027 Color Story - Part I

The Pantone® Fashion Color Trend Report for New York Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2026–2027 introduces a palette shaped by intriguing contrasts: authenticity and experimentation, quiet sophistication and expressive freedom, comforting earth tones and unexpected bursts of color.

For this season, familiar shades are reimagined through a contemporary lens, creating a chromatic balance between the grounded and the seductive. Rustic browns, softened pinks and natural greens coexist with more energetic tones, inviting fashion to become both a refuge and a space for creative exploration.

The first chapter of our Pantone New York Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2026–2027 Color Story introduces five shades that capture the season’s dialogue between natural warmth, expressive color and sophisticated nostalgia.

Muted Clay opens the selection with the quiet strength of sun-baked earth, bringing warmth and understated elegance to the palette. Neptune Green shifts toward a cooler mood, evoking serene waters with an aquatic tone that feels both refreshing and refined. Green Envy embraces a more assertive connection to nature, combining earthy authenticity with a bold, fashion-forward character. Arabian Spice deepens the story through rich brown warmth and enveloping intensity, while Foxglove softens the palette with romantic mauve undertones and a delicate sense of nostalgia.

Together, these five colors establish the expressive range of the season, from grounded earth tones to cool aquatic greens and softly romantic hues. Through contrasting silhouettes, textures and styling approaches, the OnlyDivasSL models give each Pantone shade its own identity, transforming color into a distinctive visual narrative.

Once again, the OnlyDivasSL models embrace the Pantone challenge, translating five of the season’s standout colors into distinctive fashion stories. Through different silhouettes, textures and styling perspectives, each look reveals how color can shape an attitude, evoke a memory and transform an entire visual narrative.

Welcome to the first chapter of our Pantone New York Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2026–2027 editorial.

Shantal Gravois in Muted Clay

Described as a casually rustic terracotta shade, Muted Clay carries a sense of warmth, permanence and natural elegance. Shantal Gravois interprets this earthy tone through a dramatic ensemble that feels simultaneously protective, sensual and sophisticated.

A sculptural knitted coat envelops the body in generous folds, creating an elongated silhouette defined by texture and movement. Beneath it, the fitted bodysuit and coordinated trousers maintain the tonal harmony while allowing the intricate construction of the coat to remain the central focus.

The deep neckline introduces a touch of sensuality, balanced by the substantial volume and warmth of the outer layer. Turquoise accessories provide an unexpected chromatic contrast, bringing energy and modernity to the muted palette. The structured handbag, pointed pumps and delicate jewelry transform the rustic character of Muted Clay into a confident expression of contemporary glamour.

Shantal’s look reveals the enduring strength of earth tones while proving that quiet colors can still create a powerful visual impact.

Fingerless gloves add a subtle urban edge, while delicate earrings and understated heels preserve the outfit’s refined atmosphere. The polished updo and luminous makeup allow the green accents around the eyes to echo the aquatic quality of the dress.

Ponchituti Boucher in Green Envy

Rooted in the purity of the earth, Green Envy balances natural authenticity with an unmistakable sense of modern luxury. Ponchituti Boucher embraces its bold personality with a directional tailored ensemble that blends vintage references, graphic precision and avant-garde sensuality.

The striped cropped jacket features sculptural circular detailing across the bust, transforming classic tailoring into an architectural statement. Fine straps extend across the exposed waist, creating a geometric structure that contrasts with the clean lines of the high-waisted trousers.

A matching layered panel adds movement and asymmetry to the lower silhouette, while the beret introduces a playful retro influence. Tinted cat-eye glasses reinforce the look’s fashion-forward character, and pointed pumps complete the ensemble with polished elegance.

Presented almost entirely in Green Envy, the outfit becomes an unapologetic celebration of color. Ponchituti’s interpretation is confident, experimental and unmistakably editorial a look designed not merely to attract attention, but to command it.

Jeanie Waydelich in Arabian Spice

Warm, earthy and deeply evocative, Arabian Spice is a rich brown that expresses a primal connection with nature. Jeanie Waydelich translates its enveloping warmth into a monochromatic composition filled with depth, elegance and quiet sensuality.

The bodysuit creates a smooth and statuesque silhouette, allowing the richness of the color to take center stage. Its minimal construction provides the perfect foundation for a dramatic floor-length coat, worn open to frame the body with generous panels of plush brown texture.

Rather than relying on contrast, the look explores multiple variations of the same chromatic family. Dark chocolate, burnished copper and warm spice tones flow together, giving the outfit dimension while preserving its sophisticated unity.

Sculptural gold and amber jewelry introduces an organic, almost ceremonial quality. The polished high bun and intense smoky makeup further enhance the regal atmosphere of the styling.

Jeanie’s Arabian Spice is powerful without excess a celebration of warmth, natural beauty and the understated magnetism of a perfectly constructed monochromatic look.

Shantal Gravois in Foxglove

Soft and understated, with delicate mauve undertones, Foxglove evokes the romantic charm of another era. Shantal Gravois captures this nostalgic spirit through an exquisite evening look where lace, ruffles and shimmering accessories create a graceful vision of modern romance.

The strapless gown follows the body in a fitted, elongated silhouette, combining intricate lace with multiple layers of soft ruffles. Each tier introduces movement and dimension, while the muted rose tone prevents the elaborate construction from becoming overly dramatic.

The subtle transparency of the lace adds sensuality, balanced by the gown’s elegant proportions and floor-length finish. A pearl-like statement necklace, coordinating earrings and sparkling bracelets bring luminosity around the face and neckline.

The small textured clutch offers a cool neutral contrast, while the sleek hairstyle allows the dress and jewelry to remain the focal points of the composition.

Shantal transforms Foxglove into a contemporary romantic fantasy delicate but confident, nostalgic yet refined, and perfectly suited to an evening defined by timeless elegance.
